At Oséree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over your own lingerie.

Place the unworn items in their original Oséree packaging, ensuring the security tags and hygiene liners have not been removed or tampered with.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
